Refund Policy: If you cancel 1 - 7 days prior to seminar tuition will be non refundable with no transfers or changes. If you cancel 8 - 29 days prior to the seminar your tuition will be non refundable, you can transfer your tuition will to another class promoted by Takemyregistration.com only within the 12 months of original class date scheduled. If you cancel 30+ days prior to the event then your tuition will be refunded less $50.00 administration fee.

Cancellation and rebooking must be made in writing.

Airline Travel: Takemyregistration reserves the right to cancel any event, we recommend not to purchase airline tickets until you have checked with us to be sure event is confirmed. Confirmation will be final 2 weeks before seminar. Takemyregistration.com or Custom Massage Care or any entity,will be not responsible for airline ticket penalties, interruptions of travel, hotel expenses or lost or damaged properties.

Cancellation Notification: TakeMyRegistration will not be held responsible for cancelled email addresses, non-functioning phone lines to make proper contact with registered parties for seminar change or cancellation notifications. Any individual that does not notify TakeMyRegistration of email, phone number changes will be responsible for their own finances if any changes in schedule, cancellations, or interruptions in scheduled event occur.

No Solicitation Notice: For the interest in a quality learning environment, no solicitation, list gathering, product sales or any outside ventures will be allowed in or during the seminar dates. One warning will be given to anyone who violates this policy. You will then be asked to leave the event with no re-entrance or refund.

All Coupon Codes or discount offers are only applicable at time of registration, no retroactive credits or discounts will be given or allowed.

Student Requirements
The following will facilitate your learning outcome.

• Come to class prepared with all necessary supplies
• Allow 30-minutes before and after class times for personal appointments.
• Complete homework assignments each day and study the manual
• Visualize routine outline before and after class
• Be on time: both at beginning of class and after lunch
• Respect instructors and others in class
• Turn off cell phones or pagers
• When receiving – (participation is required) give kind and constructive feedback
• When observing – follow outline help student giving
• Take notes after giving and while observing techniques
• Stay with class and instructor when advised. Do not go ahead or create moves not on routine
• No horsing around at anytime
• Eliminate unrelated conversations
• Prior consent needs to be obtained for before taking photos
• No videos
• Use provided cream or oil, no substitutes
• Use respectful language
• English is the expressed language in class
• If you have personal issues please tell the instructor in private
• You will need to reschedule if you are pregnant or have a contagious illness or open sores
• Please err on the side of modesty in class
• Regardless of facility or ownership, instructor has authority of class

To avoid disruption for the entire group, if a student is unable to comply with the above expectations, after verbal warning the student could be asked to leave the class without CEU’s or reimbursement.
